Delete your Name More! account and data
This page explains how to delete your Name More! account, published by REPLACE_WITH_LEGAL_NAME, and all data linked to it. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Option 1: In the app (immediate)
- Open Name More!.
- On the home screen, open Privacy & data.
- Tap Delete my data and confirm.
Your account and data are deleted from our servers right away.
Option 2: Request deletion without the app
Enter your account reference, the code shown in the app under Privacy & data. If it matches an account, that account is deleted immediately. If you no longer have your reference, describe your account in the note (for example, roughly when you last played and on which device), and we will complete your request within 30 days.
Option 3: By email
Email privacy@playnamemore.com with the subject “Delete my Name More! account” and include your account reference if you have it. We will confirm when it is done, within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your anonymous player account and its sign-in credentials
- Progress: experience, level, streaks, and achievements
- Your Token balance and Token history
- All solo runs, daily board entries, and match results, including your leaderboard entries
- Every answer you typed
What is kept, and for how long
- A record of your deletion request (the reference and note you entered, its status, and dates) is kept so we can show the request was honored.
- Server security logs (IP address and request details) are deleted automatically within 30 days.
- Aggregate, anonymous statistics, such as how rare each answer is across all players, are not linked to you and remain after deletion.
Uninstalling the app does not delete your data. Use one of the options above. See our Privacy Policy for details.
